Cauliflower

Ingredients

  • 1 cauliflower
  • 2 quart boiling salted water
  • 2 tablespoon butter
  • salt, to taste
  • pepper, to taste
  • 2 cup hot milk
  • 4 tablespoon flour

Directions

  1. Remove outside leaves and soak in cold water (head down) for 1/2 hour.
  2. Cook whole, or separate into flowerets.
  3. Cook 30 to 60 min.
  4. Serve in a white sauce made from required seasonings.
