Carrot Scallop

Ingredients

  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup milk
  • 3 cup raw carrots, cut fine
  • 1 tablespoon melted fat

Directions

  1. Beat the egg slightly.
  2. Add the milk, grated, ground, or finely chopped carrots, fat, and salt and pepper.
  3. Pour into a greased baking dish.
  4. Bake in a moderate oven until set.
