Bettina Soup

Ingredients

  • 3 cup meat stock, (left over)
  • 1 tablespoon sliced onion
  • 1/2 cup cooked rice
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup tomato pulp
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • 3 celery leaves

Directions

  1. Add the rice, tomato pulp, onion, salt, paprika and celery leaves to the meat stock.
  2. Cook for twenty minutes over a slow fire.
  3. Strain and serve in hot soup dishes or bouillon cups.
