Beef Brisket with Horseradish

Ingredients

  • beef brisket
  • water
  • salt
  • pepper

Directions

  1. Select a three or four-pound piece of fresh beef brisket.
  2. Cover with hot water.
  3. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Cook at a simmering temperature three to four hours or until tender.
Note: Serve with Plain Boiled Potatoes
