Baked Pork Feet

Ingredients

  • pork feet
  • water
  • salt

Directions

  1. Barely cover the pork feet with cold salted water.
  2. Heat to boiling point and simmer until tender, about 3 hours.
  3. Arrange on a greased baking sheet and bake in a hot oven (450° f) until browned.
Note: Serve with Spinach, Macaroni and Cheese
