Baked Ocean Perch
Ingredients
- 1 lemon, sliced thin
- 1 medium onion, sliced thin
- salt
- pepper
- 1 1/2 pound ocean perch, fillets
- 1 cup dairy sour cream
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon prepared mustard
Directions
- Set oven for hot, 400f.
- Cover bottom of baking dish with lemon and onion slices.
- Sprinkle lightly with salt and pepper.
- Lay fillets on top.
- Cover (if pan does not have a cover, use foil).
- Bake 20 minutes.
- Remove cover; combine remaining ingredients: spread over top.
- Broil 3 inches below heat until browned.
