Apple Sauce

Ingredients

  • 4 apples
  • 4 tablespoon sugar
  • 1/3 cup water
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

Directions

  1. Wash, peel and core the apples.
  2. Add water and cook slowly in a covered utensil until tender.
  3. Remove cover, add the sugar and cook two minutes.
  4. Sprinkle cinnamon on the top.
