Tvarohovy Paj (Cottage Cheese Pie)
Ingredients
- 1 pie crust
- 2 cup cottage cheese
- butter
- 3/4 cup raisins
- 2 beaten eggs
- 1 cup sweet milk
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon lemon extract
Directions
- Line a pie pan with pie crust.
- Fill with cottage cheese, dot with bits of butter, raisins (sprinkle over cheese).
- Mix together: eggs, milk, sugar, lemon extract.
- Pour the custard over the cottage cheese.
- Bake at 275 degrees until custard is set (about 30 minutes).
