Tuna-Pineapple Toss

Yield: 4 - 5 servings

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Drain oil from tuna and break into chunk size pieces.
  2. Add well drained pineapple.
  3. Season with salt.
  4. Marinate with small amount or mayonnaise or french dressing for 30 minutes.
  5. Just prior to serving toss marinated mixture with shredded head lettuce and chow mein noodles.
  6. Serve immediately in lettuce cups or on bed of endive or other similar green.
