Tomato Juice Cocktail II
Ingredients
- 1 - 1 1/4 pound tomatoes
- seasoning
- celery salt
- castor sugar
- 1 tablespoon sherry, (optional)
- 1 tablespoon piquant sauce
- 8 ounce broken ice
Directions
- Place the tomatoes in boiling water for a few moments, strain, and sieve, making about 3/4 pint puree.
- Season, add the sugar and all the other ingredients, shake well, and serve.
