Sturgeon Balls De Luxe With Crab

Ingredients

  • cream sauce
  • 1 small bottle capers, optional
  • 14 sturgeon, fish balls
  • 1 tablespoon chives or parsley
  • 1 can crab, meat
  • pimiento

Directions

  1. Make rich cream sauce, add capers, sturgeon balls, chives.
  2. Add crab meat.
  3. Heat slowly in casserole or double boiler; garnish with parsley and pimiento when serving.
