Sturgeon Balls De Luxe With Crab
Ingredients
- cream sauce
- 1 small bottle capers, optional
- 14 sturgeon, fish balls
- 1 tablespoon chives or parsley
- 1 can crab, meat
- pimiento
Directions
- Make rich cream sauce, add capers, sturgeon balls, chives.
- Add crab meat.
- Heat slowly in casserole or double boiler; garnish with parsley and pimiento when serving.
