String Beans with Butter Sauce
Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 1/2 cup string beans
- 2 cup water
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
Directions
- Remove ends and strings from green beans.
- Add water and cook over a moderate fire for twenty-five minutes.
- Drain off the water, add butter, salt and paprika.
- Reheat and serve.
