Steamed Cranberry Pudding
Ingredients
- 1 cup cranberries, sliced
- 1/2 cup molasses
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon soda
- 1/3 cup hot water
- 2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 1/2 cup flour
Directions
- Dissolve soda in hot water.
- Mix all together and steam 1 1/2 hours in top of double boiler or steamer.
- Serve with butter sauce.
