Good, Quick Cake



  1. Sift all dry cake ingredients.
  2. Soften butter.
  3. Put dry ingredients into bowl, then add butter, milk and vanilla.
  4. Beat 2 minutes on low speed of mixer.
  5. Add eggs and beat two more minutes.
  6. For icing, mix and cover with coconut.
