Spanish Sauce II

Ingredients

  • 1 large can tomatoes, (or several ripe fresh
  • 2 large onions
  • 1 large green pepper
  • salt
  • pepper
  • sugar

Directions

  1. Put tomatoes in deep pan to prevent boiling over, add onions and green pepper, finely chopped, and salt, pepper and sugar.
  2. Cook over slow fire for one hour.
  3. [T is now ready to serve.
