Spanish Rice

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Take one cup of uncooked rice and put it in a frying pan with enough olive oil to cover the pan a half inch thick.
  2. Stir it until the grains are separated and brown.
  3. Add tomatoes, chopped onions, chopped peppers and seasoning to taste.
  4. Add enough water to make the mixture well moist.
  5. Cover with a top and do not stir or remove the top.
  6. Allow this to simmer for half an hour.
  7. Serve hot.
