Sour Cream Waffles
Ingredients
- 1 cup flour
- 1 1/2 cup sour cream
- 6 eggs
- lemon peel
Directions
- Yolks of eggs, cream, flour and lemon mixed slowly together.
- Add the whites, beaten stiff, with the rum and bake quickly in waffle-iron over a quick fire.
- Scatter sugar over while hot.
