Scalloped Eggs

Ingredients

  • 50 hard cooked eggs
  • 3/4 cup butter, (6 ounces)
  • 1 cup flour, (1/4 pound)
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • pepper
  • 2 quart boiling water

Directions

  1. Use recipe for creamed eggs.
  2. Pour into greased baking pan, cover with buttered crumbs and brown in a moderate oven (350f).
