Salmon Loaf

Ingredients

  • 6 pound canned salmon
  • 3 quart soft bread crumbs
  • liquor drained from salmon plus evaporated milk, to make 1 1/2 quarts
  • 2 tablespoon salt, (1 ounce)
  • 6 eggs
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/3 cup lemon juice
  • 1/3 cup grated onion

Directions

  1. Flake salmon with a fork.
  2. Add remaining ingredients and blend well.
  3. Pour into greased baking pans.
  4. Bake in a moderate oven (350f) until firm and brown, about 40 minutes.
