Salada Tahina
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup sesame tahini, hulled sesame seed
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- pinch cumin
- 1 teaspoon crushed garlic
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon vinegar
Directions
- Blend lemon juice and tahini until thick.
- Add remainder of ingredients and mix well with wooden spoon.
- Gradually add water, a little at a time, mixing after each addition, until desired consistency is reached.
- Serve with crisp (shami) bread or crackers.
