Salada Tahina

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup sesame tahini, hulled sesame seed
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • pinch cumin
  • 1 teaspoon crushed garlic
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar

Directions

  1. Blend lemon juice and tahini until thick.
  2. Add remainder of ingredients and mix well with wooden spoon.
  3. Gradually add water, a little at a time, mixing after each addition, until desired consistency is reached.
  4. Serve with crisp (shami) bread or crackers.
