Caesar Salad II

Yield: 4-5 servings



  1. Toast bread squares in shallow pan in 300f.
  2. Oven for 20 minutes, or until golden brown, turning often.
  3. Tear lettuce into bite-size pieces.
  4. Rub salad bowl with garlic.
  5. Just before serving, sprinkle cheese over greens.
  6. Pour over greens the salad oil mixed with worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper.
  7. Toss gently.
  8. Break whole raw egg over greens; pour lemon juice over the salad.
  9. Toss until all of the egg disappears and all of the greens are shiny.
  10. Sprinkle bread crumbs over top of the salad; toss lightly, and serve at once.
