Rommegrot (Cream Pudding)

Ingredients

  • 2 cup sweet cream
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 pint milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • sugar
  • cinnamon

Directions

  1. Cook, sweet cream to boiling point.
  2. Add flour and stir until the butter comes to the top.
  3. Skim off butter and save.
  4. Heat milk and stir in first mixture.
  5. Add salt and more milk if needed.
  6. Serve with the butter on top.
  7. Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon.
