
Quickly-Made Aspic Jelly
Ingredients
- 2 teaspoon gelatine
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1/2 pint water
- 1 teaspoon yeast or meat extract
- 2 teaspoon tarragon vinegar
- seasoning
Directions
- Dissolve the gelatine in f pint of the water, add all the other ingredients and mix well.
- Use when the aspic is quite cold and just on the point of setting.
