Ingredients: 1 1/2 cup orange juice; 3 tablespoon boiling water; 1 1/2 cup sugar; 1 pint cream; 2 tablespoon lemon juice; 5 egg yolks; 1 1/2 teaspoon granulated gelatine; pistachio nuts; candied orange peel

Ingredients

1 1/2 cup orange juice
3 tablespoon boiling water
1 1/2 cup sugar
1 pint cream
2 tablespoon lemon juice
5 egg yolks
1 1/2 teaspoon granulated gelatine
pistachio nuts
candied orange peel

Directions

Mix fruit juice, sugar and yolks of eggs.
Cook over boiling water until mixture thickens; then add gelatine dissolved in boiling water.
Cool, freeze to a mush, add whipped cream; and continue freezing.
Mould, and serve garnished with candied orange peel and pistachio nuts.
