Frozen Orange Parfait



  1. Mix fruit juice, sugar and yolks of eggs.
  2. Cook over boiling water until mixture thickens; then add gelatine dissolved in boiling water.
  3. Cool, freeze to a mush, add whipped cream; and continue freezing.
  4. Mould, and serve garnished with candied orange peel and pistachio nuts.
