Quick Coffee Cake

Directions

1. Sift together flour, baking powder and salt.
2. Cream shortening and sugar beating until fluffy.
3. Add egg, beat well and then the milk.
4. Add the four mixture, stirring just enough to moisten.
5. Turn into greased 8 inch square baking pan.
6. Cream butter and sugar, well.
7. Add bread crumbs and cinnamon.
8. Blend well and sprinkle over cake dough.
9. Bake in moderate oven (375f) 40 to 50 minutes.
10. Serve hot.
