Quick Cabbage and Green Beans
Ingredients
- 1 bag chopped cabbage
- 1 pound fresh/frozen/canned green beans
- 1 bag microwavable mixed vegetables
- salt
- pepper
- red pepper, flakes
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
Directions
- Put all the ingredients in a microwave safe bowl.
- Cover it and shake.
- Nuke for 2 minutes.
- Shake it up.
- Nuke for 2 more minutes.
- Shake it up.
- See if the green beans are tender.
- If they are, you can eat.
- If not, nuke for 2 more minutes; rinse, repeat.
