
Potato Sticks
Ingredients
- 3 ounce freshly boiled potatoes
- seasoning
- 3 ounce butter
- beaten egg
- flour
- 3 ounce flour
- caraway seeds
Directions
- Sieve the potatoes and place in a warm bowl with the slightly softened butter.
- Work in the flour, and season well.
- If the mixture is sticky, stand it in a cool place for a while.
- Roll out 1/4 inch thick, brush over with beaten egg, and dust with caraway seeds.
- Cut into sticks, and hake in a moderate oven till brown and crisp.
