Onion Soup II
Ingredients
- 6 onions
- 1/4 pound grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 can beef bouillon
- 4 slices bread
- salt
- pepper
Directions
- Slice the onions and fry them slowly in butter in an iron skillet until they are soft and brown.
- Add the beef bouillon and allow to simmer for about ten minutes.
- Place squares of dry toast, sprinkled with parmesan cheese in the bottom of each soup plate.
