Mutton in Ramekins

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cup cold mutton
  • 1 teaspoon chopped mint
  • 2/3 cup brown gravy
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 egg white, beaten stiff

Directions

  1. Mix the mutton, gravy, salt, mint and egg-yolk thoroughly add the egg-white.
  2. Turn into well-buttered ramekins or china baking dishes.
  3. Bake in a moderate oven in a pan of hot water for twenty-five minutes.
  4. Serve in the ramekins.
