Mixed Vegetable Cocktail
Ingredients
- cooked mixed spring vegetables
- 1 tablespoon vinegar
- seasoning
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- small lettuce, leaves
Directions
- Dice the vegetables.
- Beat together oil, vinegar and seasoning, toss the vegetables in this, and serve in wide glasses, decorated with lettuce leaves.
