Milton Muffins

Ingredients

  • 1 egg
  • 1 pint milk
  • 1 pint flour
  • a pinch salt

Directions

  1. Beat one egg very light, add part of the milk, all of the flour, and add the rest of the milk.
  2. Bake twenty minutes in buttered tins.
  3. Eat hot.
