Michana vejce s Mozkem (Scrambled Eggs with Brains)
Ingredients
- 1 pound brains
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 14 teaspoon pepper
- 5 eggs
- 3 tablespoon butter
Directions
- Clean brains.
- Put them into warm water for one half hour.
- Then peel them.
- Wash in cold water - drain well.
- Place the butter into the skillet to melt, add brains and salt, cook slowly stirring occasionally.
- Cook uncovered for about 20 minutes.
- Mix in the eggs and cook until eggs are done.
- Pepper.
