Michana vejce s Mozkem (Scrambled Eggs with Brains)

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Clean brains.
  2. Put them into warm water for one half hour.
  3. Then peel them.
  4. Wash in cold water - drain well.
  5. Place the butter into the skillet to melt, add brains and salt, cook slowly stirring occasionally.
  6. Cook uncovered for about 20 minutes.
  7. Mix in the eggs and cook until eggs are done.
  8. Pepper.
