Meat Rolls (Rollitos de Carne)

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 pound round steak
  • 6 tablespoon lard or butter
  • 1/4 cup chopped onions
  • 2 cup soft bread crumbs
  • 1/2 cup chopped celery
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon parsley
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • 10 1/2 ounce (1 can) mushrooms
  • a little bit of black pepper

Directions

  1. Brown steak on both sides in hot fat.
  2. Add other ingredients and simmer for about 30 minutes.
