Lemon Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 teaspoon butter

Directions

  1. Mix well the flour, sugar and salt, add the water and cook for one minute.
  2. Add the lemon juice and butter.
  3. Beat vigorously, and serve with the date pudding.
