Lemon Filling II

  1. Mix com starch and sugar, add boiling water, stirring constantly.
  2. Cook 2 minutes, add butter, egg yolk and rind and juice of lemon.
  3. Bake the crust, pour in the cooked mixture.
  4. Make a meringue of the whites of eggs; spread on top and bake until a light brown.
