Individual Corn Puddings
Ingredients
- 1 pound whole corn, kernels
- 2 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 2 tablespoon melted butter, or margarine
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Directions
- Set oven for slow 325f.
- Combine all ingredients; mix well.
- Divide among 4 to 6 baking cups.
- Set in pan of warm water.
- Bake 45 minutes, or until firm in center.
