Individual Corn Puddings

Ingredients

  • 1 pound whole corn, kernels
  • 2 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 2 tablespoon melted butter, or margarine
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Directions

  1. Set oven for slow 325f.
  2. Combine all ingredients; mix well.
  3. Divide among 4 to 6 baking cups.
  4. Set in pan of warm water.
  5. Bake 45 minutes, or until firm in center.
