Head Lettuce with Roquefort Cheese Dressing

Ingredients

  • 1 head of lettuce
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup Roquefort cheese
  • 3 tablespoon oil
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar

Directions

  1. Cream the cheese, add salt, pepper and vinegar.
  2. Add the oil gradually.
  3. Mix well, shake thoroughly.
  4. Pour over the lettuce and serve.
