Head Lettuce with Roquefort Cheese Dressing
Ingredients
- 1 head of lettuce
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup Roquefort cheese
- 3 tablespoon oil
- 1 tablespoon vinegar
Directions
- Cream the cheese, add salt, pepper and vinegar.
- Add the oil gradually.
- Mix well, shake thoroughly.
- Pour over the lettuce and serve.
