Eggs Dolores

Ingredients

  • 1 can tomatoes
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 cup grated American cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 6 eggs
  • cayenne pepper

Directions

  1. Strain tomatoes and put in double-boiler.
  2. Boil up once.
  3. Add grated cheese and cook until melted.
  4. Add eggs which have been beaten until lemon colored.
  5. Cook until eggs are well set.
  6. Serve very hot on toast.
