Cream Cheese



  1. Melt the butter; add flour and let cook 3 minutes; add gradually the milk, stirring constantly.
  2. When thickened, let cook 4 minutes; add to this sauce the cheese.
  3. Just before serving add the eggs slightly beaten and seasonings.
  4. Serve on toast or saltines.
