Egg Foo Yung

Ingredients

  • 6 eggs
  • 1/2 pound fresh beef, or pork
  • 2 onions
  • 1 pound water chestnuts

Directions

  1. Slice onions, water chestnuts and pork in fine lengthwise pieces.
  2. Mix in beaten eggs and season to taste.
  3. Fry like pancakes.
