Dumpling Batter
Ingredients
- 4 slices beef liver, ground
- 1/2 - 3/4 cup bread crumbs
- 1 egg
- 1 small minced onion
- 1 clove garlic, rubbed to a paste
- 1 teaspoon marjoram
- 1 teaspoon minced parsley
Directions
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Mix well.
- If desired, 1/4 cup rice may be cooked in the broth before the dumplings are added.
