
De Luxe Shrimp Salad
Ingredients
- 2 teaspoon unflavored gelatin
- 3/4 green pepper, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon minced onion
- 1 3/4 cup cold water
- 1 1/2 cup tomato soup
- 1 1/2 cup cooked shrimp
- 8 ounce package cream cheese
- 3 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 3/4 cup celery, diced
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
Directions
- Soften gelatin in cold water and dissolve in hot tomato soup.
- Cool.
- Thoroughly combine remaining ingredients and gradually stir in gelatin mixture.
- Tour into 2 1/2 quart fish mold.
- Chill until firm.
- Unmold and serve on crisp lettuce leaves with a french dressing.
