Custard Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 2 cup milk
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt

Directions

  1. Beat the eggs, slowly add the sugar and the flour wel blended, the salt and the milk.
  2. Cook in a double boiler until thick enough to coat a silver spoon.
  3. Add the flavoring and serve cold.
