Chuck Steak with Mushroom Gravy

Ingredients

  • 1 pound blade or round bone chuck steak, cut 1/2 inch thick
  • 2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 can mushroom soup
  • 1/4 cup flour

Directions

  1. Rub the flour, salt and pepper into the steak.
  2. Brown slowly in hot skillet.
  3. When brown on both sides add the mushroom soup, cover tightly and let simmer for 1 hour.
Note: Serve with Jacketed Potatoes, Cole Slaw
