Chuck Steak with Mushroom Gravy
Ingredients
- 1 pound blade or round bone chuck steak, cut 1/2 inch thick
- 2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 1/4 cup flour
Directions
- Rub the flour, salt and pepper into the steak.
- Brown slowly in hot skillet.
- When brown on both sides add the mushroom soup, cover tightly and let simmer for 1 hour.
