Chocolate Dream
Ingredients
- 3 egg yolks, beaten light and stiff
- 2/3 cup powdered sugar
- 2 squares melted chocolate
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 3 egg whites, beaten stiff
- whipped cream
- peppermint
Directions
- Beat egg yolks, add sugar, chocolate, and vanilla.
- Fold in egg yolks.
- Place in refrigerator over night (preferably in the goblets you will serve them in).
- Serve with whipped cream colored green and flavored with peppermint.
