Bread Stuffing

Ingredients

  • 2 large onions
  • 1/2 cup butter, or margarine
  • 3 quart soft bread crumbs
  • 1/2 cup water, or giblet broth
  • 1 cup sliced celery
  • 2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 tablespoon poultry seasoning

Directions

  1. Chop onions fine; cook in butter or margarine until soft but not brown.
  2. Add remaining ingredients; mix thoroughly.
