Bramborova Polevka (Potato Soup)

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Place onion, celery, salt pepper, diced potatoes and water in kettle.
  2. Cook until soft.
  3. Make a white sauce of the butter, flour, and milk.
  4. Add to soup and boil a few minutes.
  5. Serve.
