Braised Pork Liver and Bacon
Ingredients
- 1 pound pork liver, sliced
- 1/2 pound bacon
Directions
- Pan-broil the bacon.
- Season and dredge the liver with flour and braise in 4 cup of bacon drippings.
- After browning add 2 tablespoons of catch- up to 1/4 cup of water and simmer approximately 20-25 minutes.
