Baked Rice and Nuts
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup rice, washed
- 1 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup broken nut meats, (any kind)
Directions
- Mix in a baking dish and bake until rice is soft.
